Job Description Warmly welcome guests and provide a friendly first impression. Assist with luggage during check-in and check-out, ensuring safe transport and storage. Offer information and recommendations about hotel facilities and local attractions. Address guest inquiries and arrange transportation and reservations. Coordinate special requests and maintain luggage storage organization. Ensure the lobby is clean and well-maintained, restocking supplies as needed. Accompany guests to rooms, demonstrating amenities and emergency procedures. Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Communicate guest requests to relevant staff and monitor security. Be physically fit to lift heavy items and work in various weather conditions. Display excellent customer service, anticipate guest needs, and maintain a professional appearance. Assist with package delivery and perform additional duties as assigned.
