Job Description Welcome guests upon arrival with professionalism and warmth Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and room delivery Escort guests to their rooms while introducing hotel facilities and services Coordinate efficiently with Front Office and Concierge teams Support guest requests promptly and courteously Ensure lobby and entrance areas remain organized and welcoming Assist with transportation arrangements and guest departures Maintain the highest standards of luxury hospitality and guest service at all times Qualifications Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service Strong interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and commitment to excellence Ability to work as part of a diverse, dynamic team Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset A proactive, solution-oriented approach Strong written and verbal communication skills in English A creative, practical and proactive approach to problem solving Ability to focus on guest needs, using empathy, remaining calm and courteous at all times Ability to promote positive relations with all guests and shareholders Understanding and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment Additional Information Experience is an asset Prior experience working with Opera or a related system Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus Job-Category: Rooms Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
