Job Description We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bellman & Driver to join our hospitality team in Krong Siem Reap, Cambodia. In this dual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while ensuring their comfortable and safe transportation. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, assisting them with luggage and escorting them to their rooms Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and respond to guest inquiries Safely transport guests to and from the airport, local attractions, and other destinations as needed Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby and entrance area Assist with parking when required Ensure the hotel vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled Coordinate with the front desk to manage guest transportation needs Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent customer service and communication skills Good English language proficiency; additional languages a plus Physical ability to lift luggage and stand for extended periods Strong knowledge of local roads and attractions in Krong Siem Reap Previous hospitality industry experience preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills Company Location: Anantara Angkor Resort
