At JA Ocean View Hotel, we pride ourselves on delivering genuine hospitality and memorable guest experiences. We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Bellman to join our Front Office team and support our guests from the moment they arrive until their departure. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests, assist with luggage delivery, and support departures. Print and review daily arrival, departure, and in-house guest reports. Coordinate luggage handling with Doormen and Valet teams. Assist during emergencies and follow all fire and safety procedures. Support shuttle bus boarding, ensuring correct headcounts and arranging additional transportation when needed. Maintain accurate Bellboy Movement records and ensure all concierge forms are completed correctly. Prepare hotel vehicles (water setup) for airport pick-ups, drop-offs, and transfers. Keep luggage trolleys, caddies, and luggage rooms clean and in good condition, ensuring regular checks. Assist with room moves and confirm all luggage has been safely loaded for transport. Provide guests with directions, travel information, and details about hotel facilities and local attractions. Report unexpected VIP arrivals, external food deliveries, suspicious activity, or unattended items to the Duty/Night Manager. Handle all lost and found items in line with company SOPs. Requirements Education: High School diploma or equivalent; vocational training is an advantage. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a hotel of comparable rating. Skills: Basic computer knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good written and spoken English communication. Strong customer service orientation, professional grooming, and a positive attitude.
