Job Description We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Bell Attendant to join our team at our luxurious hotel in Kalutara, Sri Lanka. As a Bell Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their stay begins and ends on a positive note. Greet guests with a warm smile and professional demeanor upon arrival and departure Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring proper handling and timely delivery to rooms Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lobby area Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Offer personalized recommendations for local dining, shopping, and entertainment Assist with parking and transportation arrangements when needed Perform other duties as assigned to support overall guest satisfaction Qualifications Genuine passion for hospitality and customer service Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Positive attitude and willingness to learn Physical ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs) Knowledge of the local area and popular attractions in Kalutara, Sri Lanka Basic computer skills for managing guest requests and using hotel management systems Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
