Description We are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to work mornings and weekends. Shifts start as early as 4am. Your goal is to provide exceptional service to all guests at all time. Often the first and last person a guest sees while staying on property. Greet guests in a friendly manner and offer assistance with luggage Operate the courtesy shuttle Baggage handling Handling incoming and outgoing packages Stock Gift/Market Shop Keep Bell Stand, front entrance, office trash and debris free Be knowledgeable of local attractions and restaurants and make recommendations to guests Accurately communicate with other shifts regarding issues arising from day to day operations Complete any tasks your supervisor/manager instructs you to complete.
