• A great eye for detail
• Great physical shape as you will be on your feet all day and there is moderate lifting involved as well as pushing a bell cart
• Able to be on your feet all day
• A polished style of service
• Able to work in the heat of an Okanagan summer

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Responsible for the arrival experience of our guests, luggage assistance, deliveries and all miscellaneous service requirements for our guests.
• Maintain the visual appeal of the front of the hotel ensuring it appears welcoming at all times.
• Maintain the stand-up paddle rental program for resort guests.
• Demonstrate professional and positive image to guests and colleagues at all times, including maintaining a high standard of professional appearance and hygiene at all times.
