Primary Responsibilities and Duties Ensures all safety procedures are followed and actively works to improve our safety program. Ensures all quality procedures are followed and actively works to improve our quality program. Meets daily production expectations as per production board and documents barriers when applicable. Follows all procedures & work instructions Works to maintain a clean and organized shop ensuring all areas meet our expectations (5S) Assembles belts as trained and instructed by the Assembly Line Leaders Handle materials required for each individual work order Maintain at the least an average pace consistent with the pace of fellow line members. Performs any other tasks required to ensure the Company goals are met as directed by management Ability to work overtime as assigned Other duties as assigned Knowledge and Skill Requirements HS Diploma or equivalent Must be a solid communicator Ability to work well in a team atmosphere Must be able to work in the US Detail oriented Communicates effectively Works well within a Team environment Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential job functions of this job.
