We are currently offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced bench hand joiner to join a well-established company. Your Brand Partner, based in WF17, West Yorkshire, specialises in shopfitting and the manufacture of both bespoke and standard joinery items.
Rate of pay: £12.50 - £18.00 per hour -
Monday to THURSDAY- 6.00am- 4:30pm
2x 15 minute break
30 min lunch break

Essential Skills:

• Being able to work from detailed drawings (CAD)
• Cabinet and furniture assembly
• Quality of work and attention to detail to a high level is essential
• Creation of bespoke units to customer specifications
• Laminating & bonding
• Working in a safe manner
• Ensuring work goes out on schedule
• Ensuring the work environment & machinery is left tidy & maintained correctly
• Liaise with customers to construct design ideas

The Ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working in the shopfitting industry
• Experience working on curved and shaped units
• Experience in using woodworking machinery CNC’s, Edge Banders, Wall Saw and various hand and air tools
• Ability to spray would be ideal but not essential
• Be able to work in a team and individually
• Full UK driving license with mode of transport (preferred)

What you will receive:

• Hourly rate at £12.50 - £18.00 per hour
• Up to 28 days holiday (Pro Rata)

You would be joining a small, friendly expanding operation that takes great pride in offering outstanding quality and service to all our clients. We manufacture products ranging from custom built golf simulators to counters and standard retail products, full shop fits & large format signage and print. We work with companies in the education, retail, pharmaceutical and commercial office fit-out industries.
