Dynamix Group is a thriving, close-knit business that takes pride in designing, manufacturing, and installing innovative retail displays for some of the UK’s leading brands. Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our team with a skilled Bench Joiner who also has experience in furniture spraying and finishing.
As a Bench Joiner, you will be responsible for producing bespoke furniture and joinery items to the highest standards. You will also play a key role in the finishing process, including spraying, staining, and final detailing of wooden components.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Bench Joiner in a workshop environment
• Skilled in the use of woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Experience with furniture spraying and finishing techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for quality
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Self-motivated, reliable, and a strong team player
• Knowledge of different wood species and finishing products
• NVQ or relevant joinery qualification (preferred)

• Manufacture custom furniture and joinery from technical drawings
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and accurately
• Prepare and spray finishes including lacquers, paints, stains, and oils
• Sanding, prepping, and finishing wood surfaces to a high standard
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to meet project deadlines
