BENCH SCIENTIST - THERAPEUTIC ANTIBODIES (ALL GENDERS)

Bayer Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Bench Scientist Therapeutic Antibodies (all genders) to join our Therapeutic Antibodies team within Drug Discovery Science in Wuppertal. In this role, you will contribute to the development of therapeutic antibodies and biologics by optimizing, producing, and characterizing antibody candidates using cutting-edge technologies and automation. Your work will be embedded in an environment utilizing multiple therapeutic modalities. • You contribute to antibody and biologics drug development as a member of a team responsible for high-throughput antibody optimization and production
• You run automated antibody cloning, expression, purification, and characterization workflows
• You develop, optimize, and establish new assays, processes, and methods in the workflow
• You contribute to the further development of streamlined processes for antibody and biologics optimization, production, and characterization
• You are responsible for data handling of complex multi-parameter data sets using commercial and proprietary tools for data mining, compound
  selection, and process improvement
