Responsibilities

As a Bench Security Officer! you will be responsible for:

  • Access control: Monitoring and controlling site access to prevent unauthorized entry.
  • Patrol and surveillance: Regularly patrolling and conducting surveillance to detect suspicious activity.
  • Incident response: Responding to security incidents, emergencies, alarms, or disturbances as needed.
  • Report writing: Documenting and reporting security-related incidents and observations via ManageBridge.
  • Safety Hazard Reporting: Promptly reporting safety hazards like lift malfunctions to the Workplace department
  • Notification of Property Damage and Vandalism: Informing the Workplace department and Netflix Safe of property damage or vandalism.
  • Security system maintenance: Reporting and addressing malfunctions in security access systems to Zendesk N-tech.
  • Crowd control: Managing crowds and maintaining order during events or peak periods. List the primary duties and responsibilities in order of importance
  • Communication: Ensuring clear communication with team members, maintenance, cleaners, clients, visitors, and other relevant parties.
  • Customer service: Providing assistance, directions, and information with a professional demeanour to visitors and employees.
