JOB SUMMARY

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass One company, is seeking a Bench Senior Director of Food & Nutrition Services to support hospital accounts across the Southeast. This role provides high-level operational leadership during transitions, start-ups, and key project support, with a focus on patient satisfaction, compliance, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support/lead food and nutrition operations at various healthcare sites.
• Support new account openings, operational transitions, and performance improvement projects.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and financial performance.
• Mentor and support on-site leadership teams.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to align foodservice with patient care goals.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Bachelor’s degree required; RD or CDM preferred.
• 7+ years of senior leadership in healthcare food and nutrition.
• Strong financial, operational, and regulatory experience.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and relocate within NC, SC, GA, or FL as needed.
