Summary of Position:   * Evaluate and detect malfunctions of small peripherals, printers, scanners and cash counters.   Principal Duties and Responsibilities:     * Repair and of small peripherals, printers, scanners and cash counters. * Part replacement of small peripherals, printers, scanners and cash counters. * Testing of small peripherals, printers, scanners and cash counters to ensure proper working of the same. * Accurately enter repair data into Acumatica.     Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:     * Trouble shoots same to component level specifications. * Know how to navigate Windows OS. * Assemble and disassemble units down to a bare bones level. * High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred. * Experience with tools and equipment used for peripheral repair and maintenance. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.     Personal Skills and Competencies:     * Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment efficiently and professionally.   * Possesses fine motor skills to work with small parts and grip a variety of hand tools. * Effectively manages time and meets all deadlines. * Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.   Customer Base:    * Banks and Financial Institutions. Working Conditions/Physical Requirements of the Job:     * Must be able to lift 1 - 25lbs to table height.
