Job Title: Bending Machine Operator

Summary:
Operate and maintain bending machines to fabricate metal parts according to technical drawings and quality standards. Ensure precision, safety, and proper machine setup while working in a manufacturing environment.
Key Duties:
Operate manual bending machines for metal parts fabrication.
Set up machines, adjust settings, and choose tooling/dies.
Inspect and measure work pieces for accuracy.
Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
Follow safety protocols and keep the workspace clean.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in bending machine operation (manual or NC).
Ability to read mechanical drawings.
Basic math and measuring skills.
Familiarity with metal fabrication processes.
Physically fit for handling heavy materials.
Preffered:
CNC bending machine experience.
Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
Technical/vocational training in mechanical or manufacturing fields.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing floor with noise, dust, and moving machinery; possible shift work.
