• Set up machinery for operation.
• Start machinery and make adjustments to machinery when necessary to improve performance.
• Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions.
• Involve in troubleshoot issues and machine maintenance and to keep updated maintenance record.
• Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor.
• Keep record and update for raw materials, semi-finished goods and job orders.
• Make sure system stock is in line with actual stocks and record any differences with bill of material and report to production engineer.
• Recommends process improvement, shares idea and communicate with management for suggestions.
• Identify and create non conformity/scrap report for rejected materials.
• Conducts quality control checks.
• Comply with all safety and health regulations.
• Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area.
• Follow the manufacturer operation manuals and the best practice in the industry.
• To maintain machine tools in a proper way and to report defective/consumed parts.
