Description

The Aon Benefit counselor trainer is responsible for executing counselor training and readiness plans, following designed curriculum, to ensure counselor teams are fully prepared to perform their job functions successfully.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS

  • 3+ years experience in the benefits industry with extensive knowledge of core and voluntary benefits.
  • Ability to organize and simultaneously handle multiple projects.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively facilitate and teach complex employee benefits in a way that resonates with adult learners, both virtually and in-person.
  • Effective customer service skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required.
  • Regular and predictable attendance in the office required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal instruction.
  • Maintain a cordial and effective relationship with co-workers.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Interact with others effectively by utilizing good communication skills, cooperating purposefully and providing information, as needed, to achieve the business goals of the company.
