Description

Description:
At Foundation Source, we believe that a well-supported team is the foundation of our success. This position offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in a structured, mission-driven environment where accuracy, consistency, and care truly matter.
You will be joining a close-knit, collaborative People & Talent team of four, becoming our fifth team member. You’ll report directly to the SVP of People & Talent, working closely with cross-functional partners to deliver a seamless and supportive benefits experience for all employees.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end administration of our benefits programs—including enrollment, compliance reporting, employee leave coordination, system integrations, and due diligence during mergers and acquisitions. We’re looking for a steady, detail-oriented professional who enjoys optimizing processes, solving problems, and helping others thrive through thoughtful program design and delivery.
