Description Towson, MD | Full-Time Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000 Bolton is seeking a detail-oriented Benefit Services Analyst to join our Retirement Services team. In this role, you will support the administration of retirement plans by maintaining accurate participant data, assisting with benefit-related inquiries, and helping ensure high standards of service and compliance. What You'll Do Perform high-volume, detail-oriented data entry related to retirement plan administration. Convert and validate data between Adobe (PDF) and Microsoft Excel to ensure accuracy and formatting integrity. Respond to participant inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and clarity. Provide Service Center coverage, documenting interactions and following established procedures. Track tasks, timelines, and updates within internal systems and escalate issues when needed. Contribute to team goals related to quality, timeliness, and customer service. Maintain confidentiality of participant data and follow compliance procedures. Requirements What We're Looking For 1+ year of experience in data entry, customer service, service center operations, and/or administrative support. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) and Adobe Acrobat. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment. Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability for work quality and timeliness. Nice to Have Familiarity with retirement plan filings such as Form 5500 (Schedules MB or SB).
