POSITION: BENEFITS ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Benefits Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier representatives while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires sound judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent the agency positively in both professional and community settings. A positive attitude and a growth mindset are essential to success in this position.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

  • Two-year associate degree required; four-year college degree preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Pro, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and phone systems.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Desire to develop and maintain a deep knowledge of insurance industry products and best practices.
  • High level of self-motivation, initiative, and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with brokerage operations, claims handling, risk assessment, and applicable insurance laws.
