Please note this role is based in our Belfast office, with an onsite presence required at least 60% of the time in line with our hybrid working policy.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Pensions and Benefits Team, working with colleagues in our Belfast and London offices, as well as other Global Offices. You will play a crucial role in the team, ensuring our employees have access to the resources they need to thrive both personally and professionally and to meet their changing needs.

In this exciting and varied role, you will:

  • Be responsible for the monthly benefit and pension administration processes, including accurate and timely processing of joiners and leavers.
  • Process all invoices related to benefits and wellbeing services and allocate benefit costs to our departments.
  • Maintain accurate benefit records on our HR system.
  • Send letters to employees relating to benefits as needed.
  • Update and maintain the benefits and pension intranet pages, ensuring all information and documentation is up to date.
  • Support the team with annual insurance renewals as required
  • Help with the collation of travel patterns from international and UK offices.
  • Create and maintain promotional benefit and pension materials e.g event invitations, flyers.
  • Support with the coordination and delivery of ad hoc benefit and pension events and webinars.
  • Provide administrative support following the annual partner promotion cycle relating to changes to their benefits.
  • Conduct regular membership audits of benefits programmes to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Book internal resources for events
  • Support with the coordination of team diaries and meetings with external benefits suppliers as required.
  • Minimal travel to London office may be required e.g to attend annual team days.
