A global Automotives manufacturer is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Benefits Administrator to manage and support our employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering health, wellness, retirement, and other employee benefit plans, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and high-quality service across the organization.
BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prefers to have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a manufacturing or large-scale operational environment.
- Knowledge of benefit regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Valid driver’s license
