We are currently searching for our next Benefit Administrator to lead the benefits department. In this vital role, the selected candidate will work with senior leaders to offer a benefits program that has a direct impact on staff satisfaction. Benefits: 401k plan with company match Profit sharing PTO + Sick Time Incentive bonus Health, Vision and Dental insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Tuition reimbursement Company paid life insurance Advancement opportunities Competitive Salary Collaborative working environment Positive impact and meaningful work Responsibilities: Create and manage a benefits program that offers health, prescription, dental, 401k, FSA, and several voluntary insurance products Oversee FMLA and various leave of absent policies Supervise a benefit assistant Manage the benefit module within the HRIS Collaborate with vendors and benefit consultants Oversee COBRA administration Making benefit presentations to employees individually and in groups. Promoting and communicating employee benefits, including plan changes and open enrollments. Assist HR leadership team with developing policies related to benefits and leave policies for new markets Monitor regulations related to benefits and leave programs in all markets and make recommendations Be an active member of the HR leadership team For a full and complete list, please contact HR.
