Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operation Services team at Mercer. This role will be based in Hong Kong. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. We will count on you to: Provide a broad range of account servicing support to Mercer employee benefits clients. This includes coordination with clients, consultants, and insurance companies on various activities such as monitoring the administrative servicing offering, handling escalations, client coordination via phone and email enquiries, and preparation of dashboards or management reports. Ensure quality and client relationships by providing a broad range of administrative and operational support to employee benefits accounts within agreed service standards, including enrollment, billing, work-life events processing, underwriting, and more. Communicate with clients, consultants, and insurance companies regarding the client’s employee benefits scheme, including the activities described above and ad hoc client requests. Respond promptly to clients’ enquiries concerning benefits and employee benefit schemes. Handle clients’ feedback and complaints independently by providing resolutions and proactively follow up with related parties to enhance services Coordinate with the operations team to obtain data for preparing regular management and monitoring reports, such as dashboards, performance review reports. What you need to have: Diploma or above in relevant discipline. 1+ years of operations experience in the areas of employee benefits, insurance, or outsourcing services, customer services. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Ability to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment. Strong attention to details and accuracy. Strong customer service skills. Excellent EXCEL skills an added advantage. Fluent in written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
