Job Description Role Purpose The Benefits Administrator is responsible for supporting the administration and delivery of employee benefits and wellbeing programs. The role acts as a key contact for employees, HR teams, payroll teams, and external vendors, ensuring benefits are administered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and local requirements. Key Responsibilities Administer employee benefit plans, including retirement, insurance, wellbeing, and leave programs. Process enrolments, changes, and terminations accurately and within agreed service levels. Act as the first point of contact for employee and HR benefits enquiries, escalating complex issues as required. Support benefits renewals, annual enrolment activities, and day-to-day vendor administration. Maintain benefits documentation, procedures, and employee-facing materials. Respond to employee queries relating to benefit plans and wellbeing initiatives. Support employee communications, awareness campaigns, and benefits education sessions. Maintain benefits records and support data integrity, audits, reporting, and compliance activities. Liaise with benefit providers and support purchase order and invoice administration. Support benefits and wellbeing projects and identify opportunities for process improvement. Skills and Experience Required 5 years of experience in Benefits Administration, HR Administration, Payroll, or related HR functions. Experience supporting employee benefits program is desirable. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders. Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or similar HR systems would be beneficial.
