Description
As a Benefits Analyst at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and analysing employee benefits programs with a focus on ensuring offerings align with the requirements of a diverse workforce and comply with applicable regulations. Your knowledge and skills are instrumental in enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement through proficient benefits administration. You will report directly to the Senior Benefits Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Shanghai location. You will serve as the subject matter expert for benefit initiatives across the North Asia region, acting as a liaison among employees, HR professionals, and vendors to facilitate services related to Health and Insurance (H&I), Savings, Pension Services, and Supplemental Benefits. Additionally, you will oversee the administration of benefits processes to ensure compliance with current government regulations and company policies.
