What does the role entail?

We are looking for an individual with strong excel skills, excellent attention to detail, an understanding of scheme rules and good communication skills. You should have a strong technical understanding, a commercial outlook, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Your key responsibilities will be to support the team manager by:

• Support the design, build, and delivery of calculation solutions and implementation projects
• Develop and review calculation proformas, test grids, and documentation
• Perform user acceptance testing and investigate calculation discrepancies
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to embed new systems and processes into BAU
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous transformation initiatives
• Take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality outputs to agreed timelines
• Support governance, risk management, and post-implementation reviews
• Coach junior colleagues and contribute to team development
