We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to join our dynamic team and support the delivery of benefits and wellbeing-related initiatives across our Asia Pacific region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will work closely with the Benefits and Wellbeing Lead and the Head of Reward Asia Pacific, contributing to the successful implementation of programs that align with the company’s strategic goals.
As a Benefits Analyst, you will play a key role in managing various benefits programs, ensuring compliance, and driving awareness of the company’s offerings. Your contributions will help maintain a positive and healthy workplace, fostering employee engagement and well-being across multiple countries.
