Job Summary: This job administers employee benefit programs included, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement. Performs system processing including enrollment, event processing, and data audits. Education: Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Preferred: N/A Experience: Required: 3 - 5 years of experience in benefits administration with knowledge of comprehensive benefits programs. Preferred: Experience working in a hospital or healthcare Working knowledge of PeopleSoft software Position Requirement(s): License/Certification/Registration Required: N/A Preferred: N/A Department Position Summary: This job administers employee benefit programs included, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement. Provides resolution to escalated and complex benefit inquiries. Ensures adherence to benefit policies, procedures and practices for qualifying events, enrollment, and event processing through PeopleSoft. Assists with Open Enrollment and other special projects as assigned.
