ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Benefits Analyst to take ownership of the strategy, analytics, and operational foundation of our global benefits programs. This role is focused on building and improving our reporting capabilities, conducting in-depth trend analysis, and ensuring accurate data flow across all internal and external benefits platforms. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, vendor management skills, and end-to-end process ownership to ensure our benefits programs are competitive, scalable, and aligned with company objectives. The ideal candidate brings a combination of strategic thinking, project management, and a hunger to build, ensuring that our benefits infrastructure supports business growth while being implemented and administered accurately and consistently.

  • 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration and analysis.
  • Experience managing a self-funded medical plan arrangement is a strong plus. Workday experience is also a plus.
  • Highly strategic and analytical thinker who can translate data into actionable insights and practical recommendations.
  • Strong ability to manage complex projects end-to-end while keeping all stakeholders aligned.
  • A builder who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving structure in complex situations.
  • Strong attention to detail, execution discipline, and problem-solving instincts with strong Google Sheets/Excel proficiency.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships effectively.
