POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min. 3 years of experience developing and administering employee benefits and wellness programs
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage sensitive employee data with discretion and confidentiality
Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans, including HRA and FSA
  • Responsible for coordinating open enrollment processes, including communication materials and system updates
  • Facilitates accurate and timely delivery of employer contributions and employee payroll deductions to carriers, plan administrators, or other appropriate service providers
  • Develop and promote wellness initiatives that support physical, mental, and financial well-being for all company locations
  • Administer and monitor the company’s cellphone program, including issuing devices and managing usage policies
