A prestigious and well-regarded employee benefits consulting firm is seeking a Benefits Associate / Junior Group Benefits Account Manager to work directly with the Founder and President. What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on group insurance experience in Canada (required).
  • Maturity & Motivation: You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and value stability in your work and workplace. You enjoy working independently, yet are responsive and collaborative.
  • Attitude: Positive, dependable, and professional with a strong commitment to client service.
  • Work Style: Thrives in a virtual work environment, with strong communication and time management skills.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supported the president in managing and serving group benefits and retirement clients.
  • Assisting in renewal reviews, client reporting, and communication with insurers and clients.
  • Helping with quoting, plan design comparisons, and market surveys.
  • Coordinating day-to-day account management activities and client support.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$99,000.00 per year
