We are partnering with a leading Big 4 consulting firm on an advisory engagement focused on how employers assess and make decisions when contracting with employee wellbeing benefit vendors. The specific area of interest is vendors delivering solutions for caregivers of dependents with special needs. This is a paid advisory position. You will share your perspective and experience to inform the firm's research, speaking to the different archetypes of employers (industry, size, workforce homogeneity, level of investment in wellbeing benefits, and similar factors). The engagement is short term (starts with hour conversation) and flexible around your schedule. We are seeking benefits consultants, advisors, and brokers who have advised or supported employers on wellbeing benefits vendor selection, administration, strategy, navigation, and communication. Experience advising or supporting employers on wellbeing benefits vendor selection, administration, strategy, navigation, or communication at large employers (5,000+ employees) or mid-sized employers (1,000 to 5,000 employees). Preferred backgrounds. Recent experience is preferred at companies such as: Mercer Willis Towers Watson Aon Competitive compensation for your time ($250/hr). Flexible, short term engagement that works around your schedule. Fully remote.
