Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or other business-related areas preferred Typically 2+ years working with relational databases and complex spreadsheets required Experience in healthcare analytics and/or insurance preferred Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile any identified conflicts, and categorize high-level information Strong Microsoft Office experience. Advanced proficiency in Excel required A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities Comfortable across multiple systems and interfaces. Experience with data warehouse preferred. Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills with an attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Knowledge of medical utilization terminology and analysis preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organization Travel not required Analyze client performance, producing reports and reconciling large amounts of disparate data. Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, and summarize data to accommodate all stakeholder requests. Assist with the annual client renewal process for medical, dental, and other healthcare benefits. Responsible for carrier rate validation. Performs other duties as assigned Work in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office or home setting.
