POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Benefits Enrollment & Payroll Specialist to manage employee enrollments, opt-ins, opt-outs, and new hire setup across multiple payroll platforms. This role will be the key point of contact for ensuring accurate and timely updates to employee records and payroll deductions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of payroll, benefits administration, or HRIS data entry experience preferred
  • Experience with multiple payroll platforms (Paycom, ADP, Paychex, Paylocity, etc.) highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA and company policies
Responsibilities
  • Process new hire enrollments, benefit opt-ins, and opt-outs for the Oaceus 360 Plan
  • Navigate and update multiple payroll systems (Paycom, ADP, Paychex, etc.) to ensure accurate deductions and reimbursements
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for all benefit changes
  • Coordinate with client HR teams, payroll vendors, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor deadlines to ensure changes are processed within plan and payroll timelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and employees regarding enrollment status and payroll updates
  • Assist with compliance tracking and reporting related to benefit participation requirements
  • Support ongoing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
