Job Description Payroll‑Linked Benefits Processing Proactively prepare monthly benefits updates for payroll, including bulk changes and required calculation adjustments. Own the monthly benefits to payroll task list and support accurate data flow across HR, Payroll, and Finance. Manage absence‑related benefit and payroll impacts. Support employees with payroll‑linked benefit queries. Vendor & Financial Management Process and reconcile benefit invoices, resolving discrepancies with vendors. Manage third‑party payments and statutory insurance requirements, including raising POs when needed. Benefits Administration Support the day‑to‑day benefits operations across EMEA, including enrolments, life‑cycle changes, and leaver processing. Manage ServiceNow benefits queries and provide clear, timely employee support. Coordinate annual statutory health checks and handle employee questions on pensions, health insurance, and statutory benefits. Support benefits onboarding/offboarding and keep all benefits materials—summaries, portals, forms—current and engaging. Contribute to wellness initiatives, benefits projects, and ongoing improvements to the employee experience. Ensure full compliance across pensions, ESPP, and statutory benefit requirements. HR Support & Employee Services Act as a Tier 2 advisor for escalated HR and benefits queries. Collaborate closely with HR and Payroll to maintain accuracy and alignment across people processes. Support group HR initiatives and the New Hire Orientation program. Maintain clean, accurate Benefits & HR records. Process & Compliance Oversight Keep SOPs and process documentation updated, clear, and efficient. Ensure all benefits processing meets compliance, revenue, and country‑specific regulatory requirements. Workday Systems Support Support Workday configuration updates and enhancements in partnership with the HR and Workday IT teams. Run & analyse reports to support Benefit and Payroll administration. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field - mandatory Professional HR certifications - an advantage 3+ years’ experience in EMEA HR and/or Benefits Administration in a similar sized international organisation Additional language skills are a plus, especially Czech, German, Dutch, or French. Basic knowledge of EMEA company sponsored and statutory benefits Exceptional organisation, time management, and collaboration skills. Demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate the downstream impact of changes affecting employee benefits, communications, and cross‑functional areas such as HR, Payroll, and Finance.
