Benefits Manager Location: Fall River, WI  POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Benefits Manager to lead the design, administration, and continuous improvement of our employee benefits programs. This role ensures our offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals while delivering an outstanding employee experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead design and administration of benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, disability, life, retirement) • Analyze plan performance and recommend enhancements • Negotiate with vendors and manage relationships • Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and FMLA • Oversee enrollments, changes, and claims support • Manage HRIS benefits data and reporting • Develop and monitor benefits budgets • Lead employee communications including open enrollment • Partner with leadership on wellness and return-to-work programs QUALIFICATIONS • Strong knowledge of benefits administration and compliance • Analytical and strategic thinking skills • Leadership and project management experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience negotiating vendor contracts • Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR or related field • 3–7 years of benefits experience including self-funded plans • SHRM or CEBS certification preferred COMPENSATION Salary based on experience
