Customer-Oriented Approach: Demonstrates a passion for building long-term relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners. Brings a customer-centric mindset to program design and delivery. Data Enthusiast: Enjoys working with data, numbers, and spreadsheets. Finds satisfaction (and even fun!) in using Excel/ Google Sheets to uncover insights and solve problems. Possesses an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data to drive strategic and operational decisions. What you'll be doing: Develop and execute the global benefits strategy to attract and retain top talent. Lead the implementation of new benefit programs, including communications, vendor onboarding and operational setup. Conduct regular market benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable benefit offerings. Research local market practices and statutory requirements to design tailored benefit packages. Manage annual renewals and open enrollment cycles. Lead negotiations with benefit vendors, brokers and third-party administrators to secure cost-effective, high-quality programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to resolve issues and drive ongoing service improvements. Monitor benefit utilization, provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Analyze benefits-related data to identify trends, cost drivers and opportunities for optimization. Partner with local HR Ops and business leaders to assess benefits needs in geographies. Coordinate with Finance and Payroll to ensure smooth integration of benefits administration.
