Key Responsibilities Oversee and optimize all employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), FMLA, OMLA, and Worker’s Comp) ensuring 100% compliance across multiple states Lead benefits open enrollment and vendor renewals Serve as the subject matter expert for benefits-related federal/state regulations (CA, OR, WA, TX, NV, AK, HI) ensuring audit-ready compliance at all times ? Partner with insurance providers and brokers to enhance coverage options and streamline processes, maintaining a 95%+ employee satisfaction score with benefits Build and deliver benefits communication strategies (trainings, guides, webinars) to drive 100% employee awareness during program changes Audit and analyze benefits data quarterly to identify trends and improve utilization. Lead, mentor, and coach team members to build future HR/benefits leaders ? Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of progressive benefits experience, including multi-state administration and compliance Deep expertise in FMLA, OMLA, Worker’s Comp, 401(k), and health insurance regulations Strong vendor management and negotiation skills with measurable cost-saving results Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of employee engagement success HRIS and benefits systems expertise (Paylocity preferred) Preferred: CEBS, PHR, or SPHR certification Compensation & Benefits Comprehensive benefits package: health, dental, vision, life, pet insurance, disability coverage 401(k) Paid holidays + PTO Career path and ongoing professional development opportunities About Us We were founded in 2014 by Jeff Swickard in Wilsonville, OR.
