REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR Operations or Reward or Benefits administration HR roles, with experience managing a small team or leading process areas independently.
  • People Management: Proven ability to lead professionals, set goals, manage performance, and support development within a team environment.
  • HR Process Knowledge: Strong operational understanding of HR lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contract management, and HRIS administration (preferably Workday and SNOW).
  • Compliance & Controls: Good working knowledge of EMEA labor regulations and internal HR controls.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate data and situations to determine appropriate actions within existing guidelines and policies.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills, with experience working across teams, functions, and regions to support service delivery.
  • Education: HR qualifications are advantageous.
  • Language: Fluency in English required; additional European language(s) are a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of day-to-day benefits administration for associates across EMEA, including: company car, pension, healthcare, travel/commuting allowance etc. Partnering with Payroll, People Services, and CoEs to ensure efficient resolution of associate queries
  • Manager Benefits Vendor relationships to ensure clear ways of working and return on investment
  • Proactively use data to provide inputs, insights and recommendations to build a business case for proposed improvements across the benefits administration processes
  • Partner with Total Rewards Payroll and other teams to maintain accurate data and support payroll processing of benefits.
  • Provide direct day-to-day leadership to the Benefits team, setting clear objectives and guiding performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR and business functions to continuously improve benefits administration processes and support cross-functional projects.
  • Contribute to audit readiness by ensuring documentation and records are consistently accurate, timely, and compliant.
  • Ensure that benefits policies, PSP articles and processes are updated to reflect best practices and legal requirements by partnering with the CoE.
