REQUIREMENTS

  • Your Journey: You have 3-5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle benefits administration, ideally within a high-tech multinational company. You bring deep expertise in the EMEA benefits landscape (experience in APAC and LATAM is a plus).
  • Your Approach: You excel at organisation, expertly managing competing priorities and consistently delivering results with a strong sense of pace and ownership. Your data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills enable you to consistently challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Global Benefits Administration: You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administration and compliance of benefit plans across EMEA and APAC regions, encompassing health, life, disability, leave of absence, and local pension programs. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn about and support NAMER and LATAM benefits.
  • Operational Excellence: You’ll enhance efficiency and operational excellence by evolving benefit administration processes and improving employee-facing communications, making benefits easy to understand and appropriately utilized. This includes establishing and maintaining comprehensive operating procedures, with a key focus on optimizing Workday’s benefits and absence modules.
  • Key Relationships: You’ll effectively partner with our network of local benefits brokers and providers, ensuring smooth plan operations and supporting renewals to deliver high-quality, high-value benefits. You’ll also build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with essential internal teams (like Payroll and People Systems).
  • Employee Experience: You’ll maintain an intense focus on the employee experience, ensuring benefits and leaves are easily understood and accessible. You’ll provide expert guidance and support to Udemates, resolving complex inquiries and addressing their needs.
  • Program Governance: You’ll ensure international programs comply with local laws and regulations, maintaining required compliance reporting and documentation. You’ll also leverage data to support benchmarking and cost-benefit analyses, making data-informed recommendations that balance the needs of Udemates and the business.
  • Innovation: You’ll take the lead on and significantly contribute to key benefits-related projects, focused on enhancing employee experience and optimising global program administration. You’ll leverage strong analytical and structured thinking to develop impactful, forward-thinking solutions that help attract and retain top talent.
