Job Details: Job Description: This role is responsible for administering and communicating employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and providing support to Altera employees in the EMEA and APAC regions. Responsibilities: Administer various employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, perks, time off and absence plans. Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, providing clear and accurate information. Manage external vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes and resolve issues to ensure smooth program operation. Oversee vendor invoicing processes, including review, approval, alignment with contract terms and budgets, and coordination with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payment. Partner closely with internal stakeholders to align priorities, communicate effectively, and drive execution across cross‑functional teams. Assist in the annual enrollment process, including preparing communication materials and conducting informational sessions. Ensure compliance with all relevant local and federal regulations pertaining to employee benefits. Manage and maintain benefits content on the company intranet, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. Participate in benefits surveys and analyze market data to ensure competitive and attractive benefits offerings. Support the Global Benefits team with other related projects and tasks as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, preferably within a multinational company. Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits. Proficient in Workday and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and operate with a high degree of comfort in ambiguous situations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
