  • At least 2 years of experience in the health and benefits space
  • Highly motivated, organized and able to work in a fast paced environment

  • A strong attention to detail with a passion for providing quality customer service

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding benefits-related inquiries.
  • Assist clients with understanding and navigating their benefit options.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure all client benefits programs are administered efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain client benefit documentation, including plan summaries and policy details.
  • Track and manage client benefit enrollment and eligibility changes.
  • Assist in the collection and analysis of client benefit data for reporting and decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date client records in the benefits management system.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in benefit administration.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for client benefits management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including HR and finance, to ensure seamless benefit administration.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and benefit providers as needed.
  • Ensure all benefit programs and processes comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for compliance audits and reviews.
  • Input policy premium information into benefit point to keep commission tracking and headcount accurate throughout the year.
