The work you lead focuses on administering the SCAP program, addressing partner questions and feedback, effectively communicating program details and educating others about our benefits, managing projects and events that directly impact partners in the SCAP program and elevating challenges and successes with the goal of continuous improvement. As a benefits specialist, you will Enhance partner experience, provide care and support directly to partners, ensuring they have access to and understand the benefit and eligibility criteria. Troubleshoot and problem-solve complex benefit situations. Administer effective communications about the program. Manage processes, communications and tools to administer the SCAP benefit and ensure processes and procedures are documented and adhered to. Partner with internal teams, third-party vendors and Arizona State University on SCAP benefit projects, communications, events, upgrades and changes. Support development, execute, and enhance project plans and program administration, drive assigned projects, create custom reports, and analyze trends to deliver an outstanding scholar and graduation experience. Represent the SCAP program, building strong working relationships with a cross-functional group of Starbucks partners, Arizona State University employees and third-party vendors in support of the benefit, Starbucks culture, business needs, and budgetary goals. Be a program advocate and support the understanding of program performance through data analysis and visualization, report creation, and insights development. We'd love to hear from people with: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Ability to balance multiple priorities and projects, meet deadlines and identify potential risks. Analytical, creative problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience working cross-functionally to build relationships and deliver on goals. Proactive, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Proficient in Microsoft office suite; advanced Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet knowledge preferred. 1+ years of HR case management experience As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
