Business Unit: Human Resources Department: Benefits and Wellbeing Division: DIV HR Ops, Total Rewards Work Location: Honda Heritage Center Shift: 1st Workstyle: Remote Eligible up to 20% Career Level: 4 Job Grade: Exempt-2 Job Purpose As part of the Regional Retirement Operations Team, this position is responsible for data analytics and audit processes of the Retirement Programs. This includes Pension, 401(k), Retiree Medical, Stock Purchase, Non-qualified deferred compensation and the Student Debt Repayment programs. Supports all activity related to SOX, plan audits, plan compliance, funding, and reporting for retirement operations. Key Accountabilities Applies knowledge to ensure the necessary controls and procedures are adhered to and performed in the day-to-day administration of the retirement programs so that they are operating in a compliant and efficient manner Accountable for all timely deliverables of data analytics related to plan audits , SOX controls, file feed audits, labor rate calculations Accountable for all timely deliverables related to retirement program funding Responsible for delivery of retirement reporting, including, but not limited to, retirement projections, retirement actuals reporting, and 401(k) participant data level reporting Act as Retirement Operations liaison between vendors and Honda locations to support onsite Financial Education needs Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field required 2+ years of retirement related experience and data management/analytics Advanced knowledge of Excel Working knowledge of Core HR and Payroll systems Strong conflict management skills & problem-solving skills The ability to work independently to resolve issues when identified Strong data analytic skills Honda is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected factor.
