With hands-on experience and knowledge accumulated through years of working in the advanced pharmaceutical markets around the world, Celltrion Group has been securing distribution channels and providing patients with biosimilars at affordable prices. - Contribute to the commercialisation of several specialty care brands on the Benelux level by co-developing and implementing the marketing strategy and operational marketing mix and tactics in order to achieve the brand ambition. - Support tailored and successful local (Benelux) brand strategy, brand messages and tactical plans. - Lead several aspects of the brands amongst office and field colleagues as well as external customers to ensure the Brand Plan delivers essential growth and success. - Responsible for budget of assigned brand-related projects. - Maximise the full use of all commercial/medical channels by developing brand materials and activities through cross-functional collaboration. - Understand customer and market insights into all brand activities. - Be the products, competitors and market expert of assigned brand. - Support internal and external colleagues with the internal processes. - Liaise very closely with Sales and Marketing Managers in both Belux and The Netherlands and sales team to receive market and customer feedback, embed campaigns, and provide brand vision and leadership. - Work in a cross functional team - Participate in the training & development for field force Celltrion Global Website Celltrion Group provides biosimilar and innovative biopharmaceutical medications to help increase patient access to advanced therapies around the world. Responsibilities
The Benelux Brand Manager will contribute to the commercialization of specialty care brands by developing and implementing marketing strategies. They will lead brand initiatives and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure brand success.
