  Bengalla Mining Company (a member of New Hope Group) is a joint venture with a strong track record of achievement. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

To be successful, you will need:

• Commercial or Accounting qualifications (CPA or CA well regarded)
• Mining industry experience
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work in a small friendly team
• Focus on continuous improvement and value creation
• Experience with Pulse ERP and Xeras modelling software is desirable but not essential

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join the Bengalla Commercial team on a Permanent, Fulltime basis.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:

• The annual business plan and regular reforecasting processes
• Capital management and providing guidance to internal stakeholders
• Leadership of the site Business Improvement function including investment analysis
• Business risk management based on value enhancement
• Insurance management and co-ordination of renewals
• Liaising with senior management team and wider business

In this role, you will also provide Bengalla Mine management with analysis of strategic business options and reasoned recommendations for business enhancement.
