Find out more about us at www.benugo.com Job Description We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join the team at the prestigious V&A Museum Members' Room. £12.21 per hour + Tronc Full-time position (5 out of 7 days) About the Bartender role: Provide exceptional customer service Prepare alcohol, non-alcohol beverages, hot drinks Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and ensure the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard Ensure that safety standards are followed at all times Able to work weekends and late evening shifts Ability to work independently and as part of a team Qualifications Previous experience preparing and serving drinks is essential, as well as a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player. Bespoke training will be provided. Additional Information Ours cafes and restaurant at V&A has a mix of brasserie style food, freshly, made sandwiches, wraps, and salads. We are predominantly day time shifts, meaning we offer one of the best work-life balance in hospitality. You will be responsible for taking orders, making coffees, running food and looking after sections. You are passionate and articulate about food and beverage Ensuring the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard Ensuring that food safety standards are followed at all times General cleaning duties and general tasks across the site We are looking for experience in customer service, full training will be provided.
