As a Benugo Cafe Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner Take food and beverage orders accurately and process payments Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees Assist in food preparation and presentation Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe area Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Adhere to all food safety and health regulations Participate in ongoing training and development programs Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills Proficiency in food handling and safety practices Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations Demonstrated teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in food service or retail (preferred) Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Additional Information Benugo has built a culture of inclusivity & progression for all employees.
