What You’ll Do: Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile Manage queues to reduce waiting time Manage reservations and ensure smooth seating arrangements Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with their needs Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area Support waitstaff and other team members as needed We are looking for experience in customer service, full training will be provided. However, a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essential.
